Our Collaborative Fairy Tale-Hatice Tuğba Yıldız-Adnan Menderes Secondary School

 

Once Upon a time,a girl with an angel's heart lived in one of the distant lands,as her name.One day, Angel was so bored sitting at home that she decided to to the park to play games with her friends.She was so excited to meet her friends.She went to the park her with singing songs.When Angel came to the park,her friends were playing games.

 

She started watching them from a far.Some were playing hide and seek, some were running and cathing.She decided to join them.She caught the attention of a boy playing with his toys in the corner of the park while they were playing together.When she saw him, "I wish I had such beautiful toys." she said.

 

 

While she was thinking about how old her toys were,she suddenly stopped playing games and went near to the boy.Angel: "Hi, I'm Angel. What beautiful toys do you have, where did you get it?"Boy: "Hi, I bought it from an old toy store behind that hill that took old toys and replaced them with new ones, so I can take you with me if you want.” he responded.Angel accepted this offer happily and immediately and they met and set off the next day to g oto the toy shop.

But there was a problem, they had to cross the forest to get behind the hill.After quite a few walks, they noticed that it was getting dark.Angel got scared and wanted to come back.But they couldn't find the way and realized that they were lost.While they were trying to find their way,they saw one of Angel's old toys on the floor.As they move a little further,they saw the another toy and then the another…

Angel was surprised to see his own toys.The boy said it might be a sign.They thought if they continued collecting toys,they would reach the toy shop.There were so many toys that they collected them all and they continued on their way.And when they got the last toy,they couldn't find neither the toy shop nor their way.It was dark.Animal sounds were starting to come out of the forest.Angel and his friend were both very scared and very cold.Because they didn't know where to go,they were stuck in the woods with old toys that they'd collected.They decided to look for a safe place to spend the night in the woods.Angel noticed a light coming through the trees.They excitedly began to run towards the mysterious light in the forest.

 

 

The children ran and ran.They finally found the source of the light.The light came from a cave.They stood in front of the cave,looking at each other to see if they could go inside.They were curious about this mystery,and they had no choice.Two friends entered the cave.And they saw an old,wise turtle in a cave.The wise turtle called them and showed its hand to sit down.

 

And the children immediately sat in front of the wise turtle,both with in surprise and curiosity.

‘’Welcome kids to our beautiful land’’said the wise turtle.’’I'm the oldest member of this forest.This is a lush forest,dazzled by the colorful flowers of these tall trees that you read in books and see in pictures.i live in this forest with my beautiful,cute animal friends.If you want,I can invite you here tonight,tomorrow I can walk around with you in our forest and introduce you to my lovely animal friends.’’said the wise turtle.Angel and his friend immediately accepted the invitation of the wise turtle because they thought they wouldn’t find their way home in this darkness,as well as because they were curious about other cute animals in the forest.They slept that night with hugging to each other.The next day,when the sun came up,Angel and his friend went for a walk in the woods with the wise turtle.The wise turtle introduced them to the squirrels and rabbits.They encountered in the woods while walking them.As they continued to roam the forest,a demoralized,unhappy,also hungry fox appeared in front of them.The wise turtle noticed the fox’s mood and,it asked to the fox:’’What happened to you the fox brother,why do you look so unhappy?’’And the fox said:’’Don't ask,wise turtle.I went hunting in the woods because I was so hungry.I was walking through the woods,and a rabbit appeared in front of me.’’it said.’’i quietly approached the rabbit and saw a deer.i thought that,this rabbit doesn’t put on the feed back.Because I'm so hungry.I'd better hunt this deer and eat it.i thoght.As i went near to the deer,it suddenly noticed me and ran quickly without looking back and disappeared.When I turned around and realized that there was no rabbit also.I was desperately hungry and miserable.’’ A wise turtle said to the fox that:’’it just goes to show something.This can be a lesson for you.If you were content with what you have,you'd be full now.’’The wise turtle said and gave a lesson to the fox.It also affected Angel and her friend very much.Angel told his friend that it was time to go home,because their parents were now very curious about themselves.Therewith,the wise turtle said to children that:’’Kids,don’t forget about us,come to us and visit to us frequently.’’

And then,the children met with the wise turtle and the other cute animals and they set off to go their home.
